Bridgitt Evans

Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of Evans Capital, Bridgitt Evans focuses on direct investment, ownership, and management of commercial real estate.  In 2013, Bridgitt co-founded VIA Art Fund, a national philanthropic coalition of individuals and family foundations providing commissioning funds for ambitious, innovative, and thought-provoking public works of art.  From 2013-2021, Bridgitt served as President and Executive Director of VIA Art Fund, where she continues to be a member of the board.

Previously, Bridgitt served as an investor and portfolio manager at AEW Capital, a real estate investment firm where she was responsible for the firm’s investments in real estate development projects.  Bridgitt later served as Portfolio Manager overseeing the real estate investment portfolios of multiple institutional clients.  Prior to her work at AEW, Bridgitt held positions at Trammel Crow and Rouse & Associates where she served as project manager for suburban office developments in Washington D.C and Atlanta, Georgia.

Bridgitt has held numerous leadership positions on non-profit boards and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston.  She is a member of the board of The Telluride Foundation, Mountainfilm and of Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors.  Bridgitt received a BS in Finance from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from Harvard University.
